Jake Breig

Field Supervisor

Jake Breig first joined ICF Walls of the Ozarks in July of 2021 as an installer. He enjoys being part of a passionate team and, outside of work, likes hanging out with his family and playing his 5-string banjo. After receiving his Construction Technologies certification, he quickly joined the crew and worked up to the title of training manager. His ability to educate our new installers helps our crew stay a cut above the rest. Now, he has taken on the responsibility of managing everything that happens within ICF Walls of the Ozarks on site, ensuring our high quality of standards along the way.

December Breig

Office Manager

December Breig joined ICF Walls of the Ozarks in October 2021 and ensures smooth internal operations as our Office Manager. She enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and son, and has had the unique honor of laying a wreath on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington, D.C. December manages everything from project financials and client communication to H.R. and office events, making sure every aspect of your build, and this company, runs seamlessly.

Caleb Straub

Site Lead

Caleb Straub has been with ICF Walls of the Ozarks since October 2021 and serves as a site lead, where he enjoys building strong friendships with the crew and embracing leadership opportunities. Outside of work, Caleb is passionate about outdoor activities like camping and kayaking, and he enjoys woodworking. On-site, he makes sure that every project meets his high standards of quality and efficiency.

Whitney Wiese

Marketing Manager

Whitney Wiese became part of the ICF Walls of the Ozarks crew in April of 2025. She quickly became a key part of sharing our story with the world as our Marketing Manager. She loves being part of a team that truly cares—about the work we do, the families we serve, and each other. Outside of work, you’ll usually find Whitney on her porch swing with a good book, tackling a puzzle, or spending time with her husband and their many animals on the farm. Whitney learned the art of stained glass making during her college work-study program! In her role, Whitney handles all of our social media, marketing outreach, and initial new client communication.
